When you believe in yourself, you’re generally more content and satisfied with life. You celebrate your successes and bounce back from setbacks more easily.

When challenges occur it’s important to learn how to adapt and be flexible. Be open to change and the unexpected. Focus on the possibilities rather than the problems.

View obstacles as opportunities for growth and learning. Trust in your potential and your capacity to overcome adversity. Learn from your setbacks and use failures as stepping stones to success.

I was a shy kid growing up and always admired those who had so much confidence. I started coming out of my shell a bit in high school but would freeze if I had to speak in front of a large group or had to speak up for myself. This carried into my adult life.

I struggled with my self-esteem, self-worth, and self-confidence. I was taught that children are to be seen and not heard and this impacted me as I grew older. The fear of judgment from others was scary and I was afraid to be me.

It took years for me to embrace self-love. It wasn’t until I permitted myself to be courageous and confident that I found my voice. It created a shift in my attitude and perception to discover my path which stemmed from my healing journey.

I want to help women become more confident by exploring their limiting beliefs, releasing energetic blocks, and reprogramming to be tenacious and courageous. Helping you discover that you are worthy of what you desire and to gain the confidence to go for it!

Limiting beliefs are thoughts or convictions that hold us back from reaching our full potential.

Often limiting beliefs originate from past experiences, societal conditioning, or negative self-talk.
They can be about ourselves, our abilities, the world around us, or life in general. What limiting beliefs have you created for yourself?

It's important for us to identify these beliefs and create new ones that empower us to succeed in what we want in life.

The power of manifesting. A story of a time I didn't know anything about manifesting, but I was so certain of the outcome. Have you learned how to manifest what you want in life? How do you wish to be treated?

Set an example of how you want to be treated. Modeling this behavior with self-care in mind sets the stage. Learn to communicate your needs, wants, and desires. But also be mindful of your expectations.

Remember that we do not have control over other's thoughts or actions, but we do have control over our own thoughts, words, and actions. That’s where our power lies and that is always where our focus has to be.

When I got divorced there was a point when I questioned my worthiness. I felt insecure and lost, but I made a choice to turn my story around so that I could become more confident and empowered.

I began understanding the old stories I was feeding myself were untrue and began creating a new story that consisted of nourishing myself with more love, patience, and understanding. Through that process, I knew I was very worthy and was not settling for anything or anyone that would make me feel less. I learned how to set up strong boundaries and surrounded myself with people who uplifted me.

Be mindful of where you place your energy. Divorce can lead you down a path of looking at all that has gone wrong and all the things you don't want to feel or experience. It's important to create an uplifting environment and one that feels good.

Doesn't it feel good to focus on all the positive things that you want to create for your life vs focusing on the things you don't want? Let's create more abundance vs more lack. Which do you prefer?
