Here’s a traditional favorite, homemade Banana Bread. I’ve been making this treat since I was a teenager. Always hand mixed and prepared. Not overly sweet, so banana flavor shines. Dense, but still quite tender and soft. I’ve added homemade candied pecans to bring it to the next level.

Who doesn’t like pie? I do, mathematicians do! I’ve always had a passion for baking, but haven’t always had the time or resources to follow my passion. Upon turning 55 (yes, I said it) I decided to check out my dream of running a small bake shop with delicious, old school, reminiscent of grandma’s baking, type of treats. No “foo-foo”, “sugared lard-frostings, topped with cereal” on my treats, just down-home, fresh ingredients with yummy flavors that you can actually taste... and you should!
