Great review from Mary... "Felicia Quintero and her stellar catering team not only did a SUPERBLY professional job of preparing and serving the food - THE FOOD itself was OUTSTANDING! MEMORABLE! The three different appetizers we chose were out of this world! The wait staff were efficient and attentive. The two main course options (Texas BBQ brisket and skinless chicken thighs with mushroom sauce) were deliciously seasoned and delightfully tender! The spinach salad with walnuts & strawberries, the roasted seasoned potatoes and the grilled mixed vegetables were the perfect combination of side dish flavors and textures. Our wedding celebration guests were absolutely blown away! She made our special day extra special for us.

If you’re hoping to create a memorable dining experience for guests at any special event, Fusion Events is the caterer you want to do business with. I highly recommend them. In my humble opinion, having attended many catered events over the years, this was the best - the crème de La creme’!
