Is now mandatory or they can miss sti that's lingering! Yes even if u dont do a**l, spit can drip there & infect a person. It isnt detected by urine testing! Ppl will come up clear for sti on that test then when they do oral or a**l swab have an positive test!!!!!!

It wont be popular but it's very important you start asking for that when seeing your doctor. Also test with every new partner or at least every 1-3 months!!!!!!!!!! Depending on how active you are. Also still use protection!
