At the very core of Chick-fil-A is a fundamental commitment to service -- service to our customers, our restaurant operators and their team members, and to our communities.
We recognize that while we may be in the restaurant business, we're really in the people business. As part of our mission to have a positive influence in the communities we serve, our franchised restaurant operators focus on serving kindness and respect inside the restaurant, and being a great neighbor around the community.
From partnering with local schools, to hosting themed family events like Daddy-Daughter Date Night, to fundraisers for needs in the community, we aim to bring people together over delicious food and genuine hospitality.

Meet our owner: Ashley Lamothe
Ashley is no stranger to Chick-fil-A. She first started working as a team member at a restaurant in her hometown of Atlanta, Ga. when she was just 15 years old. Now, several years, a cross-country move and two restaurants later, Ashley is excited to open the very first restaurant in downtown Los Angeles - a city where, as she says, "the energy is invigorating."
Ashley isn't new to L.A., either. A resident for six years, she loves the city and exploring all that it has to offer. "It really has something for everyone," she says. Her favorite things? The beach and the brunch. "Brunching in L.A. is an event!"
"I encourage my team to follow their dreams, and to see what they may not see in themselves," says Ashley. "At Chick-fil-A, it really feels like family."
Ashley is excited to bring the same supportive environment to her new restaurant in DTLA at 7th & Fig. "I couldn't be more excited to be a part of this restaurant," she says. "Come see us, say hello. I can't wait to meet you!"
