Briefly tilt your head downward (just about 2 or 3 seconds) before expelling the smoke. This works like a charm, but quite frankly I learned this trick by accident and imagine that somehow it helps the smoke to travel to the back of the throat.

Have you ever tasted a Cheese Cigar? They are in fact a type of pastry shaped like ci**rs with a ricotta, parmesan, and/or feta cheese filling and are served at parties – often as a finger food. Sorry it’s not a cheese flavored cigar. Actually can you imagine the taste of a cheese flavored cigar or a natural stogie with hints of nacho cheese flavor like one would taste a hint of licorice, sweet oak, honey, chocolate, raisin, coffee, etc.?
