Watching our small business community rally around everyone in need in LA with recourses, donations, volunteering, even opening their shops to those that need power, water, a place to catch their breath... has been incredible. I want to do my part and bring a slice of comfort to those risking their lives for us, so I'm going to be baking cookies to drop off at fire stations! (Mom's recipe of course!) If you have a dollar or two and would like to contribute you can venmo -smith-58 and every cent will go towards them.

I built this company on the foundation of "home" and bringing that feeling to those around me. Today that means giving a piece of home to our firefighters that are out there protecting ours. Anything that you want to donate would be so incredibly appreciated, I wish I could do more but I'm doing what I know how to do best, I know we all are ❤️

These custom candles we made for deserve a special shoutout! We rebranded some of our favorite blends and did a fully custom label, cat puns and all! We're working on a restock this week so stop by San Diego's first cat wine bar and support their small business. Did I mention the kitties are up for adoption?? Our new labels are here, our new website is up and we are in ✨️love✨️ !! This has been in the works for a while since I didn't want to launch until they were perfect, but it was so worth the wait! So what does this mean for you?

- With the rebranded labels comes a small price increase to compensate for rising material costs. This also enables us to better cover the cost of running a business, helps us grow and begin new projects and allows us to offer more sales and discounts for you!

- Our original labels are still available on our website AND are on an even deeper discount! The candles themselves remain exactly the same quality and scents, so if you don't care about the new look now is your time to stock up while supplies last for a deep discount! Once the old labels are out of stock they will be taken off the website and will no longer be available.

-The new website will have more information on... well, everything! From our wholesale and white labeling offerings to insight into the candle industry and ingredients we use, we'll continue to update as we go and stay true to our promise of complete transparency.

I've been feeling pretty overwhelmed and Stressy Depressy lately and even though I know what's causing it, it's not always an easy fix. Sometimes we have to pull a few things from our toolkit and just take the next step, not focusing on the rest. If your tools today are leaving the house for coffee in the same shirt you slept in or making a 3 step to do list because you can't seem to wrap your head around the most basic tasks, that's enough. Anyone else have a mental toolkit they pull from when they're struggling?
