We went to Weedlejuice at Mecca in Midtown LA yesterday - it was cute they did a good job making 4/20 fun and engaging, creative. It was a nod to Beetlejuice they were wearing costumes and recreated sculptures from the movie.

Pleased to see the local library is closed in observance of this special day.

On Monday, Americans will celebrate the millions of people who have lived on this land since time immemorial instead of a lone man who never stepped foot on North American soil.

Mom's obituary published in the AJC today. Sending much appreciation to all who supported and are supporting us through this time of great challenge.

She was a strong woman and will remain so in our hearts and minds. I am fortunate to call her my mother. She was an amazing role model for me. We were very much alike. We found laughter and solace in each other's conversation. She lived through so much and held life to be a sacred gift. Mom instilled a positive mindset in me that is priceless. She would say "Remember, it's darkest before the dawn."

Mom's fundraiser broke through $4000 with 44 donations!
Thank you everyone for your love and support.
Liz is very grateful.
Such a trooper! Mom is attempting another surgery tomorrow to fix her nephrostomy tube pulled during physical therapy.
It is not a required surgery but will hopefully prevent infection. Many cancer patients demise from infections and lowered immune defenses. We are following her wishes and doing what we can to bring her comfort and prolong her life in a positive direction. We welcome your prayers and well wishes.
