We here want to celebrate thanksgiving with you!!! We will be taking orders for Thanksgiving.
Thanksgiving
MENU

SALAD
Turkey on top of Mixed Greens with a hardboiled egg, tomatoes, croutons, Cheese, and your choice of dressing. Ranch, Strawberry Vinaigrette, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Oil & Vinegar, or Caesar.

MAIN COURSE
We will have both traditional turkey and Pernil (Puerto Rican pulled pork shoulder).
Mashed potatoes, Stuffing, Arroz con Gandules (Puerto Rican Rice with Pigeon peas), Green Bean Casserole, Sweet Potato Casserole with mini marshmallows, and Cranberry Sauce

DESSERT
Traditional Pumpkin Pie, Sweet Potato Pie, Coconut Crème Pie, or Chocolate Satin Pie

Please Place orders the week before Thanksgiving. I will deliver them on Wednesday Nov 23, 2022, Small Plate for $15 choice of meat and 2 sides and 1 dessert. Large Platter for $25 all food and choice of 1 dessert.

Hey all!!! We are still here. lol we have a few new menus. We also do Gluten Free and Diabetic meals. We are offering plates for delivery in the Los Lunas/ Albuquerque area. Just Let us know what you want to eat. Please give us at least 1 day notice. We also can set up a weekly meal plan that we will deliver every week to you. Just text or call me at 505-514-6955. Ok guys I know I've been gone for a while I have had some personal issues come up that I am dealing with. But guess what!!!! I made a new dish to put on my Catering Menu. Introducing my Seafood Stuffed Pork Chops with a Sweet and spicy Rasperry glaze, roasted Baby Potatoes and Fresh sautéed Green Beans.

Being Pregnant already has put a damper on what i can eat. So i haven't been feeling like cooking. But today I was like I need something delicious. Soooo.... I made beef enchiladas with rice and beans of course. Mmmmmm

Chicken nacho salad. Being pregnant has me wanting a lot of foods I don't normally eat. Lol like this.

Chicken nachos with fresh pureed Light red beans, nacho cheese, Lettuce and tomatoes. Easy and yummy.

You choose: Ham, turkey or Italian with Lettuce, tomatoes, onions, parmesan cheese

Hello everyone. I'm sorry I was missing for a while but I'm back and better then ever. We have some exciting news here at The Wright Catering. I (the owner) and now the Executive Chef at The Greenhouse Bistro here in Los Lunas. It's a tiny little amazing homey place. Come visit me and let's enjoy food together.
