✨ Well closing out our Feather and Flame Retreat here in Taos, New Mexico ✨🌈
It has been a very inspiring and soul stirring week here!!🔥
Huge gratitude to my Co- facilitator Naomi of the Joyful Shaman , who helped create our themes for the week and led our participants through some beautiful meditations ,opening ceremonies , and some very deep journeying with shamanic breath work.🌬️
Cassie Moore our third co-host was such a joy to have on hand holding space for all the guests as they moved through their transformations, lending a helping hand wherever needed and always being on the game with joy and enthusiasm. Thank you Cassie!💞
Cassie and Naomi also gave us a very soul felt beautiful sound bath in our own private movie theater in the basement!! Was truly amazing!!
It has been such a joy and honor to host this sweet group.
The week was filled with so much magic, fun and friendship.
Some of our highlights included a little mini day Retreat that we had inside the larger retreat ,where we welcomed some locals~ We had a group of wonderful women show up, and forged new friendships while journeying deep together inside a sacred sister soul circle. Was such a lovely gathering. 💞🍃
The next day found the group
horseback riding in the mountains taking in breathtaking scenery while bonding with their four-legged companions, culminating with a picnic near a river and then a little shopping and chocolate tasting in Taos~🍫🫶🏼🍃Aho!
Another highlight had us driving along the Rio Grande and breathtaking scenery to the healing mineral waters at the gorgeous Ojo Caliente Hot Springs. They have 12 unique pools each filled with a different mineral component. Was so luxurious and yummy to soak in those very special Waters.
So many things to mention, but just so grateful that I had this vision and that I was able to see it all the way through. I do have such an immense love for this area. It truly is the land of Enchantment.
Definitely buzzing from all the energy and planning on creating a very similar Retreat and returning next year.!!
Our accommodations were absolutely top notch- exceeded expectations-
Our guests each had the gift of their own private suite and personal jetted tub, creating the perfect sanctuary for rest and renewal. 🌲🪷

Dear friends it took me awhile to write this ,but it's something I've been wanting and needing to say for quite a while .
There’s a deep ache in my heart these days when I look at the state of the planet — the disconnection, the destruction, the decisions being made by those in power that seem to run directly against the pulse of life itself. Gaia is hurting, and so are we all collectively.
We are in the midst of a great change — a collective metamorphosis where both our bodies and the Earth are shifting in real time. Old systems are crumbling, and nothing feels quite the same because it isn’t. Our nervous systems, our sleep, our emotions — all of it is responding to this planetary transformation. Just like nature, we are being asked to shed, to recalibrate, and to evolve. It’s not always comfortable, but it is sacred. Chaos is the threshold — and what comes next is entirely up to us. It definitely feels like we are living in upside-down times, where what is sacred is overlooked and what is harmful is normalized. Total definition of insanity.
I want to be clear: I am not turning a blind eye. I see the political mess. I feel the unrest. I see the ra**ng and pillaging of our dear Gaia.
But I also know that engaging in divisive, toxic discourse only takes me further from my center — and further from being of any real help anywhere.
So I am choosing not to argue or spiral in the endless noise.
Instead, I act. I support nature wherever I can and the conservancies. I speak up for human rights. I stand beside those doing the real work. And most of all, I tend to my corner of the Earth with as much grace, love, and grounded presence as I can.
My retreats and my work ARE my offering — my response to the chaos. They are where I can do something. Where I can create beauty, hold space, nourish bodies, awaken hearts, and build community that remembers what it means to live in harmony — with each other and with the planet.
This path requires sobriety of mind and clarity of spirit. It demands that I stay healthy, humble, and rooted in love — not fear. I NEED to Keep planting seeds, and Keep holding the light. Because in a world gone mad, creating spaces of truth, healing, and connection might just be the most powerful rebellion of all.🥹🙏🏼
This is why I pour so much of myself into the retreats I offer. It’s not just a job — it’s my medicine. My service. My answer to the insanity. A place where we can return to what’s real. To what matters. A space where we remember how to be human in the most sacred sense — awake, alive, and in deep reverence for all living things.
So I’ll keep showing up. Keep holding the line of love. Keep choosing to rise, to rest, to gather, to nourish, to remember. Because that, right now, feels like the most important thing I can do.
To those of you who have said yes to this work — who have shown up, trusted the process, and allowed yourself to transform — thank you. Your courage to show up, unravel, to heal, to remember who you are has been the deepest honor to witness. I am endlessly grateful for the bonds we've formed, the laughter and tears we've shared, and the circles we've sat in together under moonlight and stars and sweat lodges.

To all those I have yet to meet — the souls still on their way to these gatherings — I feel you already. I’m preparing sacred space for you. And I can't wait to see what magic we will create together.

This is the work. This is the way forward. And I’ll keep walking it — with love at the center of it all.
