*** ICE COVERED ROADS ***
We have been in touch with Public Works and if you have reached out to us by phone or email - please know that we have documented and forwarded your specific concerns. MANY neighborhood roads are still iced/snow covered including our own.
We see you. We hear you. We share your concerns and frustration.
Please also rest assured that it is NOT just the Southend. It is city wide as can be seen in the numerous reports that have been made to 311 from ALL zip codes.
A few notes to share:
➡️ If you have experienced damage to your mailbox or other property damage as a result of snow plowing operations, you can submit a claim to Charles Taylor T.P.A., a third-party administrator, who handles Metro’s claims for property damage at (877) 252-4839.
➡️ If you have determined that a road is on the snow map, but still have concerns about what you are seeing vs what the map is reporting, please reach out to us to share that info and any current pics if you have them.

➡️ Concerns or reports of dangerous roadways MUST be made to 311 by calling 311 directly or by emailing them at:

Lastly, neighbors please look out for one another and check on those around you. If you can help clear a sidewalk or driveway, please do. If you are running to the store and can offer to take a neighbor or pick up an order for a neighbor please do. We have seen so much of this care and compassion already and it is one of the many wonderful qualities of our area - hearts of gold!
