We are booking for 2025 and beyond. With the launch of our new website, reservations are coming in quickly.

We are running an early bird discount if booked before March 1 OR take advantage of the packages we have put together.

I urge you to reach out soon as the busy season begins around Mother’s Day and runs through mid July. If you are planning a wedding and will need large quantities, please plan on booking as early as possible.

We are excited to add to our growing inventory of rental tents, tables, and chairs to accommodate more requests and will update inventory mid March after finalizing.

We are now accepting Applications for Vendors for our Annual Antiques & Boutiques Market at Henderson Hall. We hope to bring back some returning vendors and also some new vendors for 2025.

With an adult Sip & Shop with a concert Friday August 8th and then our Main Market Day filled with history and purpose at the Historic Henderson Hall Saturday August 9th.

We will be looking to fill vendors from the following categories 🗝️

I do not understand Yelp. I have 6 total reviews with 5 of them being 5-star and they have removed all of them except one negative review. It is frustrating and I don’t understand it. I was not perfect on the job but it is not a reflection of what we do everyday.

The website is finally published. It will grow and evolve but here is our site.

Again, the support I have received over the first 2 years is so appreciated. We have had our learning curve and struggles but we continue to learn and grow.

And that is a wrap on the 2024 Tent Season.

To say this year was a learning curve is an understatement but a successful season. We provided tents to customers in Ohio: Urbana, Ohio, Dublin, Bexley, Chillicothe, Powell, Cambridge, and St. Clairsville and all over SE Ohio. In WV: Parkersburg, Mineral Wells, Glenville, Clarksburg, Vienna.

Thanks to my guys: Brody, Jonah, R***r, Blaine, McPeak, Hunter, Noah, Cale, and others.

However, I could not have been success without Tanja. She is always quick to jump in the truck when I have no help. She is great with clients and the absolute best partner. Thank you for the support, Babe! She is hands down the hottest tent setter around!

Thank you to the partnerships formed and trusting Miller Tents to provide you tents. I especially want to thank Emily Barnes and Ben Schafer for allowing us to provide tents for multiple events. I also want to thank the Parkersburg Airport for allowing us to provide tents for their STEM event.

I am working on finalizing a website for our business to streamline the rental process. We will be running an early bird special for bookings for 2025 with 10% off if booked by Dec 1 to help us build the schedule.

Lastly, I can thank Chris Higley and Higley Tent Rental for their support over the past 2 years. From helping me learn to helping with equipment needs and throwing business my way when he had the opportunity.

Been a busy 2 months. Multiple tents up almost every weekend. Thanks for allowing us to provide your tents for your outdoor events.

Had a last minute request for a reception so turned a couple of 20x30 into a nice setting for their reception by connecting sides to block the wind.

My last scheduled tent (as of now) for 2024. A 20x40 and 10 of our bistro bar height tables for Oktoberfest event at St. Mary’s Catholic.

As we wind down the 2024 season, we are booking for 2025.

I will have my website up next week and be running early early bird specials for 2025 plus table and chair specials for your holiday parties.

We have tables and chairs for events up to 400.

35 8ft rectangle tables (280 people comfortably)
25 round tables (200 comfortably)
12 6ft tables
10 bistro tables (great tables for a tailgate party)

Tents up to 320 (depending on arrangement)
We set up in concrete, asphalt, and grass.

Thank you Lowell Fire Department. Chief Hayes purchased this rental at the Habitat for Humanity fundraiser. Glad it is paying forward to the Lowell Oktoberfest.

Graduation season is about 7 months away and I will have some graduation package pricing soon plus look for our new website coming in October.
