Congratulations to our Team Member of the Year recipient, Pierce W. If you see him in the restaurant, be sure to congratulate them and recognize the hard work and positive spirit he brings to our team each day.

Each year, we take time to recognize one outstanding individual as our Team Member of the Year—a team member who consistently reflects the very best of who we are at Chick-fil-A.

Throughout the year, our team participates in selecting a Team Member of the Month, a process that begins with peer nominations. Team members are encouraged to nominate someone who has demonstrated our core values in a meaningful and consistent way. We look for individuals who serve from the heart, pursue excellence, take personal responsibility, foster a fun and encouraging atmosphere, and treat every guest and every team member with honor, dignity, and respect.

At the end of the year, our leadership team reviews all Team Member of the Month recipients and votes on the individual who best embodies these values across the entire year. Most of the time, those who earn Team Member of the Year are already leaders or are on their way to becoming leaders.

This recognition has a strong history within our organization. We introduced Team Member of the Month in 2017, and our very first honoree is now the Executive Director of our 69th & Slide location. Their journey reflects exactly why this recognition matters—because character, consistency, and heart create leaders.

We are proud to recognize Ezra R. as our Team Member of the Month for November.

Ezra has been part of the Chick-fil-A team for three months and has already made a strong impression with his work ethic and attention to detail. His favorite menu item is the classic Chick-fil-A nuggets.

During the workday, Ezra’s favorite place to be is at breading, where he enjoys seeing how well his product turns out and taking pride in the quality of food he helps serve.
Outside of work, Ezra enjoys playing sports and cleaning cars. Looking ahead, his long-term goals are to become a director at Chick-fil-A and eventually own a business of his own.

We’re proud to recognize Fancy Beatty as our Team Member of the Month at Chick-fil-A 82nd & Milwaukee!

Fancy joined the team in July and has already made a lasting impression through her warmth and genuine care for both guests and teammates. She says her favorite part about working at Chick-fil-A is the customers and her coworkers, who make every shift special.

Her go-to order is the 8-count nugget meal with Chick-fil-A Sauce, and her favorite place to be during the workday is in the dining area, where she enjoys connecting with guests. Fancy is also excited to continue learning and growing through additional training opportunities in the future.

Outside of work, Fancy is a dedicated mother of two sons and a proud grandmother of two granddaughters, supported by her wonderful husband. She describes herself as an open book who simply loves family and people.

Fancy says she takes life one day at a time, grateful for every morning the Lord blesses her with.

Fancy, your kindness, joy, and heart for others brighten our team each day. We’re so thankful for you and proud to celebrate this well-deserved recognition.
