This meal comes from a true inspiration of us. Latino influence from all directions. A combination of seafood, flavorful starch, and tasty legumes. A red snapper fillet seasoned with dry chilies with a mix of sweet peppers, yellow rice with a hint of cumin, culantro and achiote, pinto beans with a tomato base, fresh chopped garlic and cilantro. It’s like a huge party in your mouth!

Starting my day with a warm perfect cup of café con leche made with love by my beloved. He has this perfect way of making the café with a mokapot, adding the right amount of brown sugar and frothing the amount milk just right. Oh and don’t forget the dish of cinnamon on top! 🥰🥹😊

Roasted Chickpeas are a high in fiber, protein, tasty and healthy snack that are also vegan and gluten-free! Just rinse, dry and roast for about 30min at 400 degrees F. Drizzle a little olive oil ,add a few of your favorite spices, salt and pepper to them and enjoy them as a snack. You can add them to your salads, soups, pasta and or to all your veggie bowls.

Task Construction chose us to cater and DJ their Top Out Event. This event celebrates the hard working staff and their accomplishments. A Top Out is the completion of the last floor of a building at a construction site. This is huge! We catered to a staff of 350 team members. Serving multi-cultural cuisine that included Aji Chicken and Mojo Pork. This was a non traditional location to serve the team. Our staff did an incredible job setting up, serving and breakdown at the construction site. Thank you again for having us.
