Menu
Monday-Jerk chicken or salmon wraps $10
Chips and drink included

Tuesday- 3 Taco’s with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes or/and cilantro and onion $10 (ground beef, chicken, steak, or grilled cod) (corn or flour shells)
Drink included

Wednesday- Jambalaya pasta $20
Penne noodles with shrimp, chicken and sausage smothered in a spicy creole Alfredo sauce with garlic bread.
Drink included

Thursday- Loaded potatoes (Shrimp/Chicken/Steak) pick 1,2 or 3 meats w/garlic bread and drink $12/15/18

Friday- Super Salad loaded with 1,2, or 3 meats and a drink $15/18/20

Price changes are due to increase in food prices for me. Delivery is $10 to 1 location for group orders or if going to a home $5 if within a 10 mile radius.

Completely loaded with your choice of chicken or steak $15 or salmon $20
Sunday- Sold Food Sunday !
Pot roast , Baked macaroni , greens, sweet potatoes , and corn bread $25

Wednesday- Spicy Chicken Sandwich with chips and drink $10

Thursday- Stuffed Potato with your choice of two meats, steak, chicken and shrimp, with broccoli smothered in a Parmesan cheese sauce. Drink included $12

Friday- Fried salmon Bites or catfish nuggets with garlic Parmesan potato wedges. Drink included $15

Saturday- Shrimp Po Boy or Catfish Po Boy with chips and drink $15

Sunday- Chicken Alfredo w/ shrimp $20 w/o shrimp $18 garlic bread and drink included.

To say that I am grateful would be an understatement! I’m am humbled by the amount of support that I have received from friends, family, and even strangers! My kids have been referring, sharing, and supporting like crazy and I must say that today was an amazing day! Before I could even post todays menu I was sold out!!!! Thank you all, this week look out for new menu items!

Monday- Closed

Tuesday- 3 Tacos and a drink $10
(Steak, Chicken, or ground Beef) Toppings on the side

Wednesday- Stuffed Baked Potato $12 **POSTPONED**
Extra Large Potato Stuffed with cheese, broccoli (optional), chicken, steak, or shrimp and then smothered in a Parmesan cheese sauce, a slice of garlic bread and a drink.

Thursday- Closed

Friday- Cajun Chicken Alfredo w/ shrimp $22 w/o $18 includes garlic bread and a drink

Saturday- I will have Jerk Chicken wraps $12 and Salmon wraps $15 as well as salads $12
Wraps include chips, all include drinks.

Sunday- Stuffed Chicken Breast, grilled garlic parm asparagus, twice baked potato, and garlic knots. Includes a drink $20 with peach cobbler $25

Delivery is not included in the above prices, you can meet me at a neutral location for free or we can deliver for $5 for the first 10 miles and then .50 a mile over that.

Hey y’all! One”Mo”Plate will be selling Sunday Dinners today! We have pot Roast, Baked Macaroni and Cheese, Sweet Potatoes, Greens, cornbread and a drink for $20! If you want peach cobbler it will be $25! Plates ready by 2!
