Menu
Monday-Jerk chicken or salmon wraps $10
Chips and drink included

Tuesday- 3 Taco’s with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes or/and cilantro and onion $10 (ground beef, chicken, steak, or grilled cod) (corn or flour shells)
Drink included

Wednesday- Jambalaya pasta $20
Penne noodles with shrimp, chicken and sausage smothered in a spicy creole Alfredo sauce with garlic bread.
Drink included

Thursday- Loaded potatoes (Shrimp/Chicken/Steak) pick 1,2 or 3 meats w/garlic bread and drink $12/15/18

Friday- Super Salad loaded with 1,2, or 3 meats and a drink $15/18/20

Price changes are due to increase in food prices for me. Delivery is $10 to 1 location for group orders or if going to a home $5 if within a 10 mile radius.

Hey y'all I wanted to reach out to let you all know that I am so sorry I haven't been active. Unfortunately my health has gotten the best of me over the past few weeks! I am so grateful for my customers that have been calling, texting, praying for me and patiently waiting for more good food! Today I feel great, thanks be to God. Today I am cooking Pasta!

Alfredo w/ 2 meats, garlic bread and drink $20 or go all out and get Alfredo w/ 3 meats, garlic bread and drink for $22

Choice of meats is Shrimp, Chicken and Steak
Drinks are 20oz Pepsi, Cherry Pepsi, Lemonade, Cherry Coke, Brisk Sweet Tea, Orange, Sprite, or water.

Hey everyone, I just wanted to check in with you all and thank you for your continued support! I would like to give you all some insight into what’s been happening. Over the past few months I’ve been focusing on multiple businesses including my career as a real estate broker. Learning how to balance them all and give equal attention has been a challenge but I’m navigating this new normal. I’m currently in the process of building and delegating task so that each business thrives. New processes will be put in place for ”One Mo Plate” and I will be updating you all as they begin. If you already have a catering order in place I will still honor that, for future orders send an email to [email protected]. For now I will only be selling plates 3 days out of the week and I will post the menus here. Thank you all again for your support and understanding!

Thursday- Stuffed Potato with your choice of two meats, steak, chicken and shrimp, with broccoli smothered in a Parmesan cheese sauce. Drink included $12

Friday- Fried salmon Bites or catfish nuggets with garlic Parmesan potato wedges. Drink included $15

Saturday- Shrimp Po Boy or Catfish Po Boy with chips and drink $15

To say that I am grateful would be an understatement! I’m am humbled by the amount of support that I have received from friends, family, and even strangers! My kids have been referring, sharing, and supporting like crazy and I must say that today was an amazing day! Before I could even post todays menu I was sold out!!!! Thank you all, this week look out for new menu items!
