As we journey back again let's go back to "A Passport to Paris" theme. This design was just a few years ago immediately after the intensity of Covid season. An absolutely stunning concept. However, a big challenge. Not only was the event space outside under a huge atrium that was windy in the humidity of HOT Atlanta in the summer with all the elements. The client had also contacted us just a few weeks before the Baby Shower. 🌸 Now, we pride ourselves on being the type of professionals that can say yes to any project. No matter how intense the design is we'll do it however, sometimes we can short change ourselves with brand new designs and concepts! Everything we do is custom and handcrafted. Not many Event Designer can say this. They have a huge team doing things. 🌸 For this design, I personally handcrafted every single detail! This design had 8 different graphics, balloon art to factor in, painting, dying chair sashes, spray painting eiffel towers, creating custom mocktails, drink stations, custom treat table with multiple types of treats, including specialty drinks, favors and even custom florals by our amazing floral designer and so much more with only a small window of time. 🌸 With themed events such as this one there has to be additional fees to the base design pricing because there is a lot of front labor involved. We also charge additional fees for outside events because we have to make provisions for the elements outdoors especially in ATLANTA. 🌸 This event was lovely and turned out great. As we journey back again this week, we are reminded of a Birthday event we designed for a really good friend...Jaime's 29th PJ Party. @kbirthdayk 💙🤍🖤 Jaime knew she wanted her 29th Birthday party to be special with just a few of her closest friends. As you can already tell, I love decorating hotel rooms...She made the reservation and hired us soon thereafter. She asked for Tiffany Blue and she wanted me to put any type of design spin to it. So I chose a damask design with black & white. 🤍💙🖤 Since I'm in an especially celebratory mood this month, I'd love to also mention that she requested to have a champagne bar🥂, dessert🧁 and treat table...I also thew in a drink station. Of course I did just that! 🖤🤍💙 I always go over and beyond for my clients, but my friends...my true friends, I treat like royalty! :) As her Birthday approaches in a few days, I reflect on her continued support. Jaime is a VIP guest at the Decade Sip Shop as a past client...she still supports to this day. Krista’s Event Koncepts LLC. is a privately owned social gathering Event Planning company. We have been in business since March 2013. We received our Event Planning Certification better known as CEP the latter part of 2012. We then went on to complete our Certification in Event Design in 2014. We have planned successful baby showers, birthday parties, weddings, retirement celebrations and various corporate events. We executed our 2 first weddings in 2015. Krista’s Wedding Koncepts is where we created custom wedding props such as favors, flower baskets, etc. During this time we perfected our Day of Wedding Coordination package.

Throughout our journey, we realized how much we loved social gatherings and we grew to plan several types of events, but Milestone Birthday Celebrations took on their own life within our company. Doing this, encouraged us to focus our branding niche… BIRTHDAYS! We developed a subsidiary to our company called Krista’s Birthday Koncepts launched in 2017. Better known as KBDayK we have planned, 30th, 50th, 60th, 70th, 75th, 80th, 90th, and 95th Birthday Extravaganzas for clients with guest lists ranging from 50-250 people.

In 2018, we realized that through our growth we wanted to give back through service. Our desire was to obtain a group of young growing professionals. So in December, we rolled out our internship program with our Alma Mater, the illustrious Clark Atlanta University. We are bringing on talented youth that have a passion for business, events, entrepreneurship, and social media presence through Marketing.
