We are halfway through the year, and we have hosted so many beautiful events so far! We can host wedding receptions, birthday parties, corporate events, meetings, graduation parties, baby showers, bridal showers, and fundraising events.

Each package includes tables and chairs, full cash bar with bartender, holding kitchen use, off street parking and the ability to use your own caterer or use one of our preferred!

Wedding reception packages start at $3,500 for 12 hours of use, tables and chairs up to 150 guests, linens, two bartenders and full cash bar.

Non-wedding events start at $600 for 4 hours of use, tables and chairs up to 100 guests, a full cash bar and a bartender.

November 9th, 16th, 23rd
December 14th, 27th or 28th.

We are booking up for holiday parties next month but we have a few dates available! If you're looking for a place to host a Christmas party, holiday party, corporate event, luncheon or party, contact us today!

Looking for a venue for your wedding, family reunion or party next year? Want to book an entire property that will be exclusive to your party and guests only? Hen and Ben, along with the Riverboat Inn and Suites can make that happen! Get the event hall, and 48 rooms, complete with an outdoor pool, a large patio overlooking the Ohio River, front lawn that can easily accommodate a large wedding or party and paved golf cart paths that connect all the properties together, without having to go on the road! If you book and pay in full by September 1st, 2023, you will receive 20% off the package price for all wedding receptions only! Package prices start at $2,500, includes tables and chairs up to 100 guests, 12 hours of event time, one bartender and the ability to use a caterer of your choice.

Looking for a complete package for your wedding or family reunion?
We offer up to 49 rooms between two hotels. Our main hotel-Riverboat Inn and Suites is complete with 8 king or double queen Suites with views of the Ohio River, 7 King or Queen rooms with river views, 10 non river view rooms, one connecting room, an outdoor pool, full bar and large patio!
Our sister hotel-The French Quarter is Queen only units, 11 with partial river views and 12 with non-river views. Our package rates, include Hen and Ben event center and one or both hotels for the weekend! When booking our package of 49 or 26 rooms, the hotel becomes exclusive to your party only! We have started booking for 2023, and we hope we can host your next event. We can host wedding receptions, small wedding ceremonies, baby showers, reunions, corporate events, birthday parties, luncheons, Christmas parties and more.

We offer a holding kitchen for caterers, complete with warmers, refrigerator, stainless steel counter tops, ice machine and sinks.

All event prices include tables and chairs for up to 100 people (additional tables and chairs can be added to any package), a bartender (no outside alcohol allowed), holding kitchen use, cocktail tables, buffet table, and off street parking.

Friday and Saturday starting at $2,500
Non wedding events
