Last week we hosted a small but mighty team of professional event planners Buggy Works Event Space 🥰The Dining Room Chef and Culinary Director, Chef Russell Hays spoiled us with an amazing menu of Truffle Arancini with Aioli and Parmesan Cheese, Tuna Tartare with pickled radish, cucumber and soy-yuzu dressing, Belgian endive with chicken salad, Mini cheese biscuits with shaved Iberico ham and Spanish Gazpacho, Maldon salt and olive oil. Chef Edouard Fenouil rounded everything off with a delightful assortment of pastries from the Patisserie On Main !
