What to know when planning an outdoor wedding!
1. Outdoor areas are not always free! Look into site fees and other expenses that location may require.
2. Make sure there is plenty of lighting, especially after dark.
3. If your site does not have electricity, you may have to rent generators.
4. Have a Plan B incase of a weather emergency.
5. Whether it is cold, hot, or raining make sure you provide your guests with appropriate accommodations to ensure they are comfortable.
6. Make sure there is enough seating for everyone.

6 things to consider when booking your Colorado wedding 📝
1. A non-mountain CO wedding is best to have during the winter months due to the unpredictable snowfall.
2. July-September is the best time to have a mountain wedding in CO because the snow will have melted, the wildflowers are in full bloom and there are plenty of activities for your guests to enjoy the outdoors.
3. Summer is the perfect time to get married in CO and it’s one of the top wedding destinations so be prepared for higher costs.
