This Malt Shop has been in Weatherford, Texas since the 1950’s and is STILL open and running to this day! I had the most fun collaborating on this styled shoot, and now desperately need to return to actually try a malt (they’re closed on Mondays which is why we shot there on a Monday 🥲).

I have a few more fun ideas for styled shoots I would LOVE to do this year if my schedule allows. Stay tuned for fun & creative things coming. Feels good to shoot for fun & not just for work (although, my work tends to be super fun most of the time). ❤️

Kailea & Kaden’s dreamy Downtown Fort Worth session is finally ready to share!!

I have been talking to Kai for over a year now about doing a couples session for her & Kaden. At the time we started talking, they hadn't gotten engaged. We also hadn't quite nailed down a time to do photos yet when Kaden popped the question! And so planning their couples session turned into planning their engagement session and WEDDING. I was soooo excited!!

We started their session in Sundance Square for an urban, city look and ended at Rockledge Park for a cliffside, lake vibe. I couldn’t be more in love! Can’t wait for their wedding next summer.

This has been a project LONNGGG time in the works. I'm excited to finally share my first blog post. This is going to be a great way to view full wedding galleries (looking at YOU, engaged couples!), get advice on wedding planning, prepping for photo sessions, and even photography tips if you're into that kind of thing. 🩷

The very first wedding to hit the blog is one of my very favorites. It was at the French Farmhouse in Colleyville, Texas, and I thought it was the perfect way to kick off the blog! Future brides, you know where this is headed. ;) You can expect to see your weddings and sessions on the blog SOON.

I got the privilege of documenting the sweetest summer wedding in Northeast Arkansas this past weekend. Katelyn and Hayden have been together for NINE years (they’re middle school sweethearts). I overheard a guest at the reception saying that he has “never seen two people more meant for each other.” I think that sums these two up pretty well. Congrats to the newlyweds!!!!

Meeting these two has been a LONG time coming! Hot Springs engagement photos just made sense because these two are traveling all the way from Alabama to get married there this fall.

Kate decided she wanted this portion of their photo session to really reflect the personality of her & Matt’s relationship. So they dressed more comfy and we headed to the Airbnb they rented for the weekend on Lake Hamilton.

Not only was it SO CUTE, but it was super fun too because they were in their element (they loooove the lake!)

Fun fact: it rained off and on the ENTIRE time, but they just rolled with it and they didn’t let the weather phase them at all. And of course, we had to end the session with a lake jump because duh. 🤪💛

This Fort Worth Stockyards family session turned out cuter than I could’ve imagined! Cari & James are so fun & the whole fam made it so easy — and their boys are the cutest little cowboys. ;)

Who knew the Stockyards would be the perfect playground for the boys to stay engaged & entertained. 10/10 recommend the Stockyards for a unique, western family session if that’s your vibe! Let’s make it happen 📷❤️

It’s always an honor when family or close friends want me to photograph them. In this case, my cousin and his fiancé met up with me in Hot Springs for their engagement session, and it was super fun to say the least. We adventured around waterfalls, downtown Hot Springs, and ended up at a coffeeshop (if you know Tommy, this was a fitting way to end the session).

Here’s to Tommy & Faith! I can’t wait to meet them in Tulsa, Oklahoma this fall for their wedding!!

India, along with her sweet mom & grandmother made the roadtrip to Dallas for her bridal portraits, and it turned out to be a DREAM. The cherry on top is that India is every bit as sweet as she is gorgeous (so, to do the math - EXTREMELY). So excited to finally share these!

A perfect day for a PRECIOUS couple. If you know these two you know that to be true. Not many dry eyes throughout the day — from their private vows during their first touch to India’s grandfather singing during their ceremony. This Dallas elopement was one for the books!! Trevor & Sierra genuinely feel more like friends after extensively planning the proposal with Trevor for weeks, photographing the proposal, photographing the engagement and then finally the elopement! Pretty much all back to back. It was such an honor. ❤️

Running around Downtown Little Rock with these two, capturing this season of their engagement is a new core memory!! 🫶🏻 I really had just so much fun with Jacii & Riley. Wish we could do it again!

We finished up on the top of the parking garage at dusk, and they couldn’t believe we had already been taking photos for almost 3 hours.

This is just a testament to photo sessions don’t have to be boring and just a series of smiling at the camera saying “cheese” haha. Think of your engagement session as a unique, fun date night. The photos will be SO much more fun if so, I promise ;)))
