When I was a kid, my ultimate sweet treat was a giant sprinkle cookie from Freedman's Bakery in Lakewood, NJ. All of their bakeries have since closed, so I had to hunt high and low to find this exact replica. This cookie melts in your mouth with buttery goodness.
