What a great night for live music! The park was full and we so appreciate all the music fans that came out for the classic rock and oldies performed by "The Grand Design Band!" We hope to see everyone again next week as we welcome "CJo and Trev!"

Concert #2 is on the way! This week, Music in the Park will feature the sounds of the "Grand Design Band" from the Escanaba and Gladstone area. This fine group will have you tapping your toes and singing along to all your favorite 50s and 60s tunes, as well as many others great covers. If you were in Norway last October for the Leif Erikson Festival you will have already gotten to hear the Grand Design Band, and due to the audience response then, we decided to bring them back this summer! It should be a warm evening, and we hope we can be outdoors to enjoy this evening of music - hope to see you there!

We had a beautiful, dry, wind and bug free evening with Flagship Romance last night. Huge shout out to Crossroads Church for accommodating us on the heels of their Feeding America food distribution! Shawn and Jordyn we're fantastic and the audience enjoyed their music so much! Hope to see you next week, and Outdoors if possible, for The Grand Design Band!

ATTENTION MIP FANS! At the request of the artists and due to the continuing possibility of inclement weather, wind and cold temps, we are going to err on the side of caution and hold tonight's concert at the Crossroads Alliance Church. The church is behind the Historical Museum near the viaduct as you come into Norway on US 2 on the east side. Don't let that stop you from attending! Flagship romance puts on a fantastic live show! One week ago, we were gearing up for our final concert of the season with perennial favorite "The DayDreamers." HOW CAN OUR SEASON BE WRAPPING UP? Only 1 show left! Here comes our FINAL concert of the season! This Thursday, August 10th at 7:00, we bring you the music of "THE DAYDREAMERS!" The weather looks to be pretty nice for Thursday, and we should be able to be outside! Nicklas, Jack and the boys have become somewhat of a traditional "closing act" for Music in the Park, and you're sure to enjoy their high energy performance - we hope to see you! We were hoping to have another beautiful night at the band shell, but Mother Nature had other plans. A big thank you to Crossroads Church for pivoting quickly to help get our wonderful musicians set up to perform indoors! Thanks to "The Nicolet Dropouts" for making the long drive and delivering a fine performance! We hope to be back at the band shell next week as we welcome "Chris Charboneau and Friends!"

ATTENTION MIP FANS: Due to the Severe Thunderstorm watch posted by the National Weather Service, we have consulted with our performing group, and have reluctantly reached the decision that the best thing to do is to be inside this evening. Please join us at the Crossroads Church on O'Dill Drive behing the Jake Meneghini Historical Museum at 7:00 for this phenomenal group!

Mother nature (mostly) cooperated, and we were able to have last night's awesome show with the Kind of Blues Band outside at the band shell. Thanks to all who came out, even with the surprisingly cool temps - the music was 🔥🔥! Hope to see you next week for the Nicolet Dropouts!
