Cook school today with tuffy stone what a great experience to take home with me and translate into my BBQ business did hands on cooking today on tri tip , ribs and chicken learned brines and sauces everything I learned today was awesome what a great experience

J Smoke BBQ will be at the JXC race In Stockport at Hall’s, April 20th & 21st serving up some delicious BBQ. Ribs, brisket, pulled pork and pulled chicken. Make sure you stop down. We will also have breakfast. Sausage gravy and bisquits and breakfast sandwiches and hot coffee. ☕️
