Happy New Year! We are excited to finally announce Duck Fat & Bacon is open for business in 2025.
Duck Fat & Bacon is food trailer and catering company that specializes in smoked meats, handmade sauces, and creative pairings with American and Southwestern influence. I put a spin on regional BBQ with re-inspired classic combinations that serve up big flavors inspired by duck fat, bacon and BBQ.

We will be opening the food trailer and starting to book events for the spring once it warms up…. just a bit.
