Happy Monday folks! Velasquez Brisket House is taking preorders for Super Bowl Sunday this weekend until Thursday afternoon. Don't wait until the last minute - spots are filling up quickly, and once we're full, we will have to stop taking orders. We will have brisket that we smoke for 12-15 hours low and slow using post oak wood. Don't miss out on our tender ribs, and you will be the hero of the day with our crowd-favorite Texas Twinkies oh yeah !!!
