This real Bill never says, 'Don't Say Gay'. This name comes from critics and the LGBTQIA who are determined to teach kindergarten through 3rd grade children all about this lifestyle. Leave the children alone and let them be children and read the word of God.

It was a good wing contest. But we finished 3rd out of 25 teams. We were told it was a buffalo wing contest. But it was a BBQ wing contest, we were the only team to turn-in buffalo wings. But we still got 3rd.

2009 was a good year for maple shade smokers. We place 2nd at the National Buffalo Wing Festival traditional wing sauce sauce-off we only lost 1st place by 1/2 a point.

BBQ Pork Ribs...full rack $20.00 half rack $11.00 smoked for 7hrs over cherry wood and glazed with our own BBQ sauce.

BBQ Pulled Pork...full tray $130.00, with 5 doz rolls. half tray $68.00 with 3 doz rolls. We slowly smoke our pork for 12-14 hrs over hickory&cherry wood.
