Keeping your wedding guests happy can be fun. I know you want them to have a great time at your celebration too, right?

I’m going to share 6 things your wedding guests care about, things I have noticed from being the venue owner.

✨The Venue
It’s important to find out if there is wheelchair access, ie ramps, and bathroom accommodations. Let them know if it’s an outdoor wedding so they can dress accordingly.

✨The Beverages
This one of the things your guest will enjoy the most.
Open Bar- guest lover this….
A variety of soft drinks, juice box for kids.
Beer/Wine-
Don’t forget Water 💧- water is always the most sought
After drink, especially on hot days.

✨The Food
Awe, the food. The food must be wonderful! Here we have a variety of Chefs we partner with and provide tastings…
There are normal meat selections. However, we have seen Pizza & Taco Bars

✨The music
It is a fact that music plays a very important part of every celebration. A professional DJ /Band can make the festivities feel like a dream day come true, so choose wisely..

✨Greeting your guest
Most couples no longer do receiving lines. To ensure your guest feel welcome and those who traveled near & far, go around to every table to thank them and perhaps a photo op!

✨The Weather

YES, feeding your wedding vendors is an absolute MUST! Many of the professionals you have hired will put in a long, labor-intensive day. One of the most thoughtful and kindest things you can do to say thanks is simply feed them.

🥘Be sure to include your vendors in the headcount for food!

🥘 It is customary to have a meal for your vendors if they will be onsite during your event…

🥘Your vendors do not need seating, but they need a meal.

🎶 Be sure you have the right entertainment that can read the crowd!
🎶Be sure to share your favorite artist, genre of music with your entertainment group.
