Due to the amount of entertainment being added to this year’s event, plus moving the event to an inside facility, we are sad to report that there will be an admission to this year’s event. Though we are keeping the price of admission as low as possible, we hope you still enjoy the family friendly entertainment we continue to provide each year.

We are super excited to announce that The Rockin' Poppin' New Year's Eve Celebration will invade Evers Arena as we ring in 2025 with the Marion and surrounding communities. This 15,000 square foot facility will host an array of entertainment, Minute-to-Win-it, craft vendors, food, and family fun, all leading up to the final countdown of 2024. Official Release: With The Rockin' Poppin' New Year's Eve Celebration right around the corner, NewsForce 24/7, with the approval of the Marion County Commissioners, is proud to announce the location of this year's festivities.

Built in 1884, the Marion County Courthouse has stood the test of time, celebrating 140 years since the cornerstone was placed. The 2023-2024 Rockin' Poppin' New Year's Eve Celebration kicks off another historic year with the government seat of Marion County.

Join us in celebrating the new year from the parking area, just north of the beautiful Marion County Courthouse. Festivities will kick off at 9pm with Minute-to-Win-It Games, DJ Dance Party, and much more leading up to the dropping of the iconic Illuminated Popcorn Ball at midnight.

A special thank you to the Marion County Commissioners Mark Davis, Kerr Murray, Andy Applefeller, Judge W.T. Edwards and the entire Courthouse Staff, Marion County Sheriffs Office, and Marion County Prosecutor’s Office for the continued efforts to celebrate this history of Marion County and The Rockin' Poppin' New Year's Eve Celebration 2024.
