❤🤍💙20 years ago today our lives changed as Americans. We’ll never forget the sacrifices made by the firefighters, early responders and civilians who risked everything to help others in the most incredible and unforgettable display of heroism.❤🤍💙

Take a moment this morning to commemorate and honor those who lost their lives, the families and friends who lost their loved ones, and the survivors of the horrific attacks on 9/11. 🇺🇸 God Bless America 🇺🇲

There are so many reasons why spending time in nature is healthy. To name just a few: Nature can lower stress and blood pressure levels and increase Vitamin D, serotonin and endorphins!
