Private Events: The Venue by Brix27 is ideal for hosting private events such as Chamber of Commerce gatherings, Rotary Club meetings, Main Street Martinsburg events, and anything else you can imagine. Whether it’s a formal occasion or an informal meetup, we’ve got you covered.

Self-Sanctioned Events: We organize and host a variety of exciting events, including concerts, private dining experiences, comedy nights, dueling pianos, and much more. Stay tuned for a lineup of scheduled events that promise something for everyone.

Weddings: Celebrate your big day with us. The Venue by Brix27 offers a fully appointed bridal suite and a groom’s cave, providing comfortable and luxurious spaces to prepare for your wedding. Our high-end AV system, featuring microphones, speakers, lights, and projection capabilities, ensures your special day will be as seamless as it is memorable.

Sunday Morning Brunch: Beginning in mid-January, we will host a Sunday brunch experience unlike anything Martinsburg has ever seen. Keep an eye out for more details—you won’t want to miss it.

Here it is, Martinsburg! Restoring an old building is not just a project—it’s a masterpiece in the making. It’s a transformation that breathes new life into the heart of history, requiring a true symphony of craftsmanship to orchestrate such a revival.

I can’t take the credit for bringing this beautiful structure back to life. The honor belongs to an incredible team whose talent and dedication transformed this space into what it is today.

It all began with an amazing designer who envisioned the possibilities, blending history and modernity in perfect harmony. Then came a phenomenal general contractor (GC) who turned that vision into reality, ensuring every detail was executed with precision.

The electricians meticulously placed every wire, while the copper restorers brought a renewed glow to metalwork that hadn’t shone in decades. Plumbers applied their expertise to ensure the pipes ran as smoothly as a melody in a symphony. Painters infused fresh color into the walls, making every surface sing with life.

AV installers introduced modern sound and technology to complement the building’s historic charm, and carpenters worked tirelessly to shape, craft, and restore its character. Even the cleaners and window washers played their crucial part, providing the finishing touches that turned a dream into reality.

This restoration was more than a project; it was a collaborative masterpiece—a true orchestra of skill and passion. To everyone who played a part in this journey: thank you. The music of your hard work will echo in this space for years to come.
