Tuesday through Saturday
10:30am to 5pm

Vendor forms will not be emailed or mailed and no paying with PayPal for this event. Must Come to Tennessee Pickers fill out the form and pay that day. All vendors will have to bring there own tent, tables and chairs. Absolutely no table and tent sharing.

Fall Craft Fair is almost full. I have 2 spots inside that got opened up and 5 outside. Vendor fee is $15 for a 8' ft table inside and $15 for your tent and tables outside.

Fall Craft Fair Rules

Rules
1) Cost is $15 and you pay in advance to reserve a spot.
2) Absolutely NO sharing booth space. If there is more than one vendor in the vendors spot, each vendor will have to pay $15
3) All vendors have to be set up 1 hour before the event starts. Each vendor will be placed as first come first serve.
4) Bring your own tables, tent and chairs, unless you are setting up in side
5) Vendors are responsible for their own stuff
6) All vendors has to keep their station clean
7) All vendors who sell any kind of food is responsible for their insurance.
8) Absolutely No drinking alcohol
9) If you smoke please have a place to put your butts.
10) No bad mouthing other vendors. We are all here to make money.
11) If a vendor has any problems with you or another vendor please tell the one who is in charge so the matter can be handled.
12) Event personal is not responsible for any and all accidents or any one getting sick off of food.
13) No refund will be given.
14) The event will go on as planned regardless of rain, snow or shine
15) Event Coordinator will come around and check on everyone.
