Sooooo, business is good and it's time to hire on an assistant looking to be mentored, so I am reaching out to all you awesome vendors for some help. I'm looking for someone who would love to live in McCall for the summer (or longer) and wants a lot of practical experience. I have onsite accommodations on 2 woodsy acres in the form of a 37 ft rv for privacy but also have indoor facilities as well (full bathroom with laundry). Pay would depend on if accommodations are needed and how devoted an applicant would be to helping me grow the business. My ideal candidate would want to consider management in the future. I have grandkids now that I would like to spend time with in actual summer months! Job duties would be warehouse management, preparing and loading inventory, onsite event set up and breakdown, washing catering dishes, and pretty much anything event related. I'm only interested in candidates who are all in for the job and not just a cheap place to hang out in our beautiful little town. This would be a great opportunity for someone who is serious about learning everything they can about the business in a short period of time since I have multiple events every week already booked. I'm reaching out here instead of on an employment site so I can get your best recommendations on quality people instead of a flood of people who are not serious about the industry.

This cool mobile bar is multi purpose and can be customized with decor to match your theme, including custom signage for that personal touch.
No-risk booking options are available for 2021, so give me a call or text me at 713-208-7720 to get your date on the calendar!
Available for rent within 50 miles of the McCall area.

2021 Special Pricing for Events:
$500 for 1 day rental, includes deliver and set up within 40 miles from McCall (set usually done night before event and pick up on the day after your event so there is ample time for set up and clean up) Additional $150 fee if pick up needs to be done same night after 10pm.

$150 Retainer to save your date. Fully refundable if event must be cancelled due to official state or local Covid guidelines. Non-Refundable if event is cancelled for any other reason, but it can be put towards any future event (if not already booked on new date, )

Add ons:
$50 Generator Rental (Trailer is fully wired with numerous outlets inside and out. Has exterior plug to connect to power source where available).

$50 Margaritaville Tahiti Frozen Concoction Maker (has 3 blending jars for continuous operation)

Lighting Package $50 and up = Price depends on specific needs. Exterior lighting around the top of trailer is included in rental.

Matching Wood/Metal cocktail tables $20/each.

Custom signage with your name or business name, or whatever you like on it... $20 to $50 depending on style and complexity.

Full bar services or bartender rentals available through DeLish Catering, or bring your own pro. I can quote pricing upon request for Delish. $500 additional refundable security deposit required if no professional bartending booked. This is to cover damage due to negligence (more details will be available in your booking contract).

Included in rental: Basic delivery and set up, Bins to ice drinks down, coolers for extra ice, garbage cans, bins for icing down kegs (tappers not included), extension cords.
Location has to be accessible and flat (or close to it). Extra fees could apply if location is outside of the service area, or extra challenging to access.

So happy to have sent my traveling bar on its maiden voyage out to Pilgrim’s Cove Camp for Jaimie and Casey’s wedding last night! Also provided some lounge furniture in the Old Rice Building as well as 18 wooden chairs for the head table. Thanks to Jaimie and Casey for trusting in me and McCall Weddings enough to coordinate their wedding and supply the items needed to make Jaimie’s vision complete. And Delish Catering for all the great food and beautiful wedding cake!
