Our Head Chef, Kim Adams, has over 30 years of cake decorating experience and over 25 years of catering experience. We are experienced with various event types ranging from 5 to 500 guests. We have several options available that can be customized to fit any budget. Our goal as your caterer is to provide you with a high quality, low budget service that you can be proud of.

Happy Birthday to the face of our company! This girl…she does it all! She is the one you talk to when you email, she walks all of our clients through the process, she does all of the bookings, she keeps our pricing, menus, & contracts up to date, she keeps the money coming in, she schedules all of our workers, she pays attention to all of the details for each event and makes sure each couple is getting exactly what they want, and most of all she keeps me in line all while running her own company, Once Upon A Bloom all by herself! All of this while being the best travel agent & travel pal a mom could ask for! Heather, I hope this year brings you lots of happiness, much less stress, and many dreams coming true! I love you and couldn’t do this business without you!

We've served over TEN THOUSAND people at events this year. We've catered 50 weddings and done 27 wedding cakes. We've been to 29 different venues this year - some new and some of our favorites. We've driven 6,180 miles in the catering van driving to and from weddings. That's about 112 hours spent driving. We've spent over 300 hours at weddings this year and worked with 22 different people in our crew. We literally could not have made it without every single one of them.

2024 is coming to an end, and we are ready for what 2025 has in store! Pray for us as we begin a new year with new goals and new couples. Pray for our 2024 couples as they adjust to new chapters of life. We'll see you guys in 2025! 🍾🥂

Happy Birthday to the one and only, ! I know her as Mom, so most of you know her as Mom. She's the talent around here. She's the maker of the food you guys rave about. She's the positive attitude (most of the time). She's the one who can get on my nerves and calm my nerves. She's the reason we do what we do. She's the one who does all the work. She's the one who isn't always mentioned in reviews but is the reason for the reviews. She's our MVP. Happy Birthday, Mom!

So incredibly thankful for this crew. We had the pleasure of partnering up with at their annual Christmas Party. We fed 298 kids plus their adults. It was truly an honor to be able to serve these families and Garrett’s Place. When Mom and I decided to do this, I sent out a text to our crew and asked if anyone would be interested in volunteering to work this event with us - this was a volunteer job, so no pay was involved. They all responded immediately. Every one of them. We truly have the best crew, and we couldn’t make it without them.

Thank you guys for all that you do. We love you guys and appreciate you more than we could ever say. You help us live out our dream, and that means the world. 🫶🏻
