Join us tonight for our last evening open for the season!

As we head into the fall, we’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily close 310Social through the holidays for our M-F service. Like many others, we find ourselves in a staffing pinch and want to ensure we can provide the best service to our customers and not ask more of our current staff than is fair.

We are so thankful for everyone who has supported 310 over the summer and we have learned so much along the way!

We’re excited that 310Social will still be open occasionally to host events through the end of the year! Keep an eye out on this page and the Sehnert’s page to stay up to date! We will re-evaluate our regular weeknight hours after the first of the year.

Again, thank you to everyone who has supported us in any way this summer and we’ll catch you at the bakery!

Our R&D department was a big fan of the cocktails we have together for the signature cocktail contest for Humanities Nebraska Chautauqua celebration next week…how about you? Stop by this evening to give our lineup a try and pair with any shareable plates from the menu!

VOTING OPENS TOMORROW! Ashley, Andrew and Jamie have worked hard to craft a lineup of cocktails inspired by ”The 50’s in Focus” theme of this year’s Humanities Nebraska Chautauqua celebration. McCook, Nebraska is the proud host of the event this year and 310 Social/Sehnert's Bieroc Cafe is excited to take part in the signature cocktail contest.

You have Thursday-Saturday to stop into the participating establishments (us, The Coppermill and Loop Brewing Company) to try the drinks and cast your vote! Winner will have their drinks featured at the closing celebration at the Keystone on the 29th. We look forward to seeing you supporting these local businesses part of the contest as well as celebrating Nebraska Chautauqua July 28-30!
