As a child she would clean and decorate her room just so she could do a "reveal" for her parents. She grew up performing (piano, vocal, theater, dance) and has been surrounded by art and artists both in her peers and her family. Like most girls, she has a hyper-romantic side (for which Disney is probably mostly to blame) and loves anything beautiful and romantic. She began her wedding adventures w
hen she worked for a local florist then got married. Her wedding made her realize how important it is to have a professional involved in this very important, once in a lifetime day. She still cries at weddings, especially when she has the privilege of sending a bride and her father down the aisle. While she didn't go to school for what she does, she has had opportunities through all of the jobs that led to this one. From retail to restaurants, florist to administrative assistance and even Children's ministry director for Calvary Chapel of Melbourne she has learned how to take care of people and work effectively and efficiently through any and every part of a wedding. During her administrative assistant years she planned small and large events (one as large as 1900 people plus volunteers) that included a well known Christian band Kutless and Pastor John Corson. But her understanding of the details really came to a fun and loving place when she helped to start the Children's Ministry at the Calvary Chapel Melbourne's Viera Campus. The set up and tear down of their weekly "event" of church helped her to understand all the ins and outs of the work involved. Her time as the Director of Children's Ministry at the Melbourne campus helped her to understand how to work with those who are gifted in their own ways and to rely on a team effort. Every week Sarah has the best church family join her own family to enjoy Bible Studies, plan their own social events (small and large).
