Sol-Tree Cocktail Co. is a full service, fully licensed boutique mobile bar and cocktail catering company specializing in craft cocktails and event staffing. We travel nationwide to research new drinks so we can create memorable beverage experiences with creative craft cocktails for you and your guests.

Since 2010, Sol-Tree Cocktail Co. has been elevating the craft of cocktails and event bar services throughout Central Florida. We take pride in everything we do. Every event, every drink, every client, and every guest is important to us. We have a team of exciting, knowledgeable, organized, friendly, professional, bartenders that have each worked in the service industry for over 10 years. Our passion for weddings and cocktail catering is what ensures our clients the quality of our service is top notch. We have built a tribe of 9 exclusive experienced, certified and insured bartenders and 14 servers. We do however have a roster of over 60 other local professionals that work for us on our biggest events -like concerts and local fundraisers. Together we work every weekend and have found the perfect flow. If you take a look on our social media pages, you will see our tribe was built many years ago and most of our team has been working with SolTree from the very beginning of it's creation as a college girl’s side hustle to not work until 2 a.m during finals week! Go Panthers! I am Florida Tech alumni! And shout out to the original 321 Mobile Bartenders @Pour Doctors!

Your event is not an average night at the bar and our bartenders are not your average BARtenders. Everyone on our team is a working professional, parent or business owners. We are all highly trained and skilled bartenders. This isn't just a side hustle anymore, it's our passion! And we pride our selves on much more than our delicious farm fresh cocktails, we pride our selves on timeliness, tidiness, professionalism, transparency, friendly service and expertise in cocktail catering experiences.
