Hey kids! What a beautiful day! We have a catering job at noon and we have half of a pork loin left that will be ready at 11:30. It will feed 8-10 people. Great for making sandwiches to take to the field. You can have it for $25.

Well kids, sadly, this is our last Sunday at Grubbys. I want to thank Lisa and Jerry Grubb for letting us have the opportunity to put so many smiles of our customers faces. I also need to thank all of the Buckhorn Babes for working each week. You guys rock! Thanks to Brett and Andre for helping and all of the others that jumped in when needed. Our most popular specials are what we will leave you with today, frito pies and BBQ nachos. Full menu as well. Thanks again and stay tuned for an announcement soon! It could be HUGE!

Today's special is the Frito Pie Buckhorn BBQ and Catering style. It's crunchy salty Fritos,your choice of our award winning meats,bbq sauce and shredded cheddar cheese! Scotland county we felt the love at Old Lake so we wanted to return it with a killer special today. Many have asked but with the cost it was going to be too much. After your great show of support this week I decided to do it anyway. So.....today's special is...............................burnt ends and fries for $10!!!! Well kids as much as I missed you guys over the 4th of July weekend, we unfortunately will not be at Grubbys this weekend either. I have a family event in Iowa Sunday morning and my dear friend Donnie Middletons visitation Sunday evening and funeral Monday we will have to wait one more week to bring you your favorite BBQ.

Ok kids it's getting closer to the big day so I thought I would give you an update! Sunday May 7th will be our first day at Grubbys. We will open at 3 PM and go until we run out. Mondays we will open at 11AM and go all day until we run out that evening.
Here is what we will be offering:
Pulled chicken sandwich and fries for $10

Pulled pork sandwich and fries for $10.

Brisket sandwich and fries for $13.

Buckhorn fries (fries, queso cheese and your choice of meat with BBQ sauce)$10

We will have a few ribs but very limited. If you know you want ribs let me know the day before and I will save them for you and put extras on.ribs will be $15 a half rack with fries and $25 for a whole rack.

Canned soda and bottled water for $2

Each week we will have a different special. Week one our special will be pork belly burnt ends and fries for $12.

We will have drive up and walk up windows open and ready to serve your bbq cravings. Hope to see you there! Comegetchasome!

Well kids it's time for the big news! If you are a fan of our BBQ you will be able to get it on a regular basis starting in May. We have worked out a deal with Lisa to rent out Grubbys Ice Cream Shop and will be selling our award winning BBQ there every Sunday evening and all day on Mondays.We are fortunate to have some great eating establishments here in Memphis and we don't want to hurt any of their business but Sunday evenings and Mondays our choices get pretty slim. We hope to fill that void. Come 'Getchasome!'
