Chocolate Cheri’e Delight is a 18x published cosplayer and 2x published author from Memphis, TN. Cheri’e also recently won Female Cosplayer of the Year at the Memphis Elegance Awards. She has been professionally cosplaying for 3 years, although her love for dressing up began long before the term “cosplay” became as mainstream as it is now. Overcoming childhood trauma and anxiety through years of therapy, she found inspiration in cosplayers like Hellspawned and CutiePieSensei. Now, she uses her platform to promote inclusivity in cosplay, encouraging creativity regardless of shape, size, color, age, or gender. Cheri’e also collaborates with other cosplayers in Memphis to build a supportive community for like-minded individuals.
