From Seated/Plated Dinners to Hors d' oeuvres and everything in between, you will find what you are looking for with us. All of our events are customized for your discretionary tastes. Light Hors d' oeuvres: Seasonal fruit display, Spinach & Artichoke Dip, Asparagus Puff Pastry Spirals, Fried Green BLT Crostini, Roast Beef Bruschetta. Heavy Hors d' oeuvres: Cocoa Chili in Mini Bread Bowls, Chicken Teriyaki Sate, Marinated Pork or Beef Tenderloin, Sliders Station; Country Ham on Sweet Potato Biscuits, Buffalo Shrimp on Yeast Rolls, BBQ Sliders on Cornbread Fritters. Buffet Items: Assorted Salads, Mimi's Macaroni & Cheese, Assorted Meats and Vegetables

Seated/Plated Dinners: Herbed Salmon with Mango Salsa, Beef Tenderloin with Horsey Sauce, Chicken Chardonnay, Roasted Vegetables, etc. Action Stations: Prime Rib Carving Stations, Omelet Station, Pasta Station, Flambe' Stations, and Dessert Making Stations. Coffee Bar: Regular and/or Decaf Coffee served with/or without assorted Monin flavored syrups. Chocolate "Shot" machine is also optional to make mochas. Drink Station including Fruit Teas, Homemade Flavored Lemonades. We are also the private baker for 3 local restaurant/food services; they trust us, and you should too

We are starting something NEW at Uncle Lou's. It starts Thursday Sept 5th. Daphne's Pink Bag Special is a great way to have a set meal combo, that you can order quickly and easily, and the best part its only $8.00!!!!! It includes a fry and a 16oz drink all for $8 Bucks! You cant beat this. It's Monday thru Friday from 2:30-5:30 only, NO SUBSTITUTIONS, and a maximum of 5 pink bags per person.

Yes I’ve been working! The past few months have been booked I just haven’t posted in a while as I was working on getting my travel business launched. I’m still here. I’m still baking and cooking.
