Facilities include eight outdoor ceremony sites plus an all season climate controlled event center and ballroom with banquet seating for up to 225. Other options include a covered stone portico for intimate events and a 40x60 or 40x80 white reception tent that seats up to 200 comfortably with center dance floor. Clients may rent any portion of the venue for a half day, full day

or full weekend. Exclusive full venue weekend packages are also offered. Additional services include officiant, photography, direction, catering, lights and sound. These can be bundled with venue or you are free to bring in your favorite service providers. Avalon Hall is a Scottish Manor inspired facility featuring a large banquet room, private dressing suite for bridal party or hosts and modern restrooms. The hall also offers service facilities for caterers and families. Panoramic views spread in all directions from the hall and its extensive lawns, adjacent gardens, and walled terrace. The newest addition for 2023 is a massive stone moon gate that provides a portal from the east terrace into a sunken rose garden. Popular ceremony sites include: Monet's Bridge, Wisteria Arch, The Stone Portico, Lakeside Pergola, West Lawn, Serenity Circle, Unity Tree, and Willow Glen.

Inspired by great gardens in Europe and the United States, Avalon Keep Botanical Gardens was designed by a professional photographer and lifelong gardener. The venue is located on a homestead just 5 miles west of Mena, Arkansas.

The waterfront pergola is one of the most popular ceremony sites but there are numerous other locations on this woodland estate. For private elopement or small ceremonies, the west portico offers an all season enclosure for events with up to 60 guests. The portico can also be transformed into a private chapel complete with stained glass window. For larger events with up to 200 guests, the gardens offers a white wedding tent with easy access to the main lawn and conveniently located near parking.

Numerous other amenities are available including garden chairs, reception tables, linens, chandeliers and potted flowers, ferns, arches, entry doors, columns and more.

Brides are treated with special attention at Avalon Keep with a private suite for preparation and relaxation as they await their ceremony.

The gardens also offers a licensed officiant, trained photographers and planners to make any event run smoothly.

Available ceremony sites include:

Wedding in the Round - Set in deep woods, this secluded spot is best during summer months. Often decorated with lanterns and roses over a steel arch, these details belong to each bride. Located under massive oaks, Wedding in the Round is up to 15 degrees cooler than the surrounding meadowland due to its shade and early sunset. Rental $250*

Double Tree - This is a popular site for elopements or intimate vows with fewer than 20 guests. Couples who choose this site appreciate the symbolism of a large white oak that has two distinct trunks joined together by the base. Rental $250*

West Portico - This covered site is located on the west end of the main house. It’s massive stone columns and vaulted ceiling create a beautiful outdoor covered chapel. In winter, this area is enclosed and heated. Perfect for 2-60 guests. Rental $500*

Portico Chapel - The enclosed portico can be configured with a stain glass window with altar for ceremonies with up to 60 guests. Rental $750*

Waterfront Pergola - This elegant structure with its massive double columns was custom built to tower 20 feet over the water with a view of Queen Wilhelmina Lodge and Monet’s Bridge as the background. Surrounded on three sides by woodland gardens, the pergola is one of our most popular venues. Serves 2-200+ guests. $750*

Homestead - Massive oaks provide the anchor for this scenic venue located at the west edge of the estate. This location has a unique view of Wilhelmina Lodge and the entire Rich Mountain Range. Surrounded by panoramic views of meadows and woodland, this site is private, yet easy to access for seating up to 400 guests. $750*

Annie’s Tree - A century old white oak with it’s own legend surrounded by native dogwood trees provides the backdrop for this ceremony location. Seats up to 60 guests. $250*

Monet’s Bridge - A recreation of the bridge built by the famous French Impressionist Artist. This site offers privacy and convenience and is flanked by beautiful willow trees. Serves up to 80 guests $250*

Wisteria Arch - This natural vine encircled arch towers over Clara Pond and provides a natural amphitheatre for guests and a grand center aisle that invites newlyweds across Monet’s Bridge where limo or carriage awaits to carry them to their reception. Seats up to 200 guests. $250*

*All venue sites include site specific access to wedding party for rehearsal plus hours of the event with guests. Garden chairs are available by advance reservation.
