It was such a great honor to be a part of Merced College 10th year anniversary ‘ State of the College’ event this year . Honoring Drs Benjamin and RoseMary Duran . This years event was held on the top of the downtown parking garage overlooking Merced . It just gets better each year !

I served a smoked pork tenderloin with mole and sesame , rice and mixed greens salad with golden raisins and toasted Pinenuts .
