I can share the news!!!

FAB BBQ is ALIVE!

We will be operating out of Hatfield for the winter until May providing BBQ classics like Ribs, Pulled Pork and Brisket!!!

Along with some classic sides such as Mac N Cheese, Cole Slaw, Green Bean Casserole, Baked Beans...

We are able to cater groups for Christmas Parties or other Occasions as well as provide fully cooked meats!

Also we will be creating weekly "Lunch Boxes" for delivery around the Black River Falls area!!!

We are excited to get started and look forward to bringing BBQ to the area.

All of our meats are smoked in traditional fashion on an Offset Smoker fueled solely with wood. "Low and Slow" is a proven method that has stood the test of time forever and creates excellent BBQ!!!

So happy to share this news and excited to start ROLLING SMOKE BABY!!!
