🦊 A Little Swanky Fox Update!

Things are moving forward at the restaurant! Over the next couple of weeks, we’ll be moving the food trailer off-site while we tackle some more projects around the property.

The parking lot is being resealed, work continues inside the restaurant, and we’re checking more things off the list as we get closer to where we want to be. 🔨🔥

Because of that, the food trailer will not be open for the next couple of weekends.

We’ll keep everyone updated as things progress, so keep an eye on our page and the road sign out front for when we’ll be serving again.

Thank you for continuing to stick with us through the transition. We know everyone is ready for the restaurant, and trust us, so are we! 😂🦊

If you’ve been thinking about stopping by, today is the day!

We’ll be serving fresh BBQ until 8 PM or sold out, including our new Chopped BBQ Rib Sandwich, brisket, pulled pork, and all your Swanky Fox favorites.

As many of you know, we’re continuing to make progress on the restaurant. Because of that, we will not be open next weekend while work continues on the buildout.

The smokers have been working all night and fresh BBQ is ready to go!

This weekend we’re featuring our NEW Chopped BBQ Rib Sandwich topped with coleslaw and sweet heat pickles, served with chips. Brisket is back on the menu, along with pulled pork, loaded mac, nachos, and all your Swanky Fox favorites.

By popular request, brisket is back on the menu and we’re introducing our Chopped BBQ Rib Sandwich as a limited-time item!

Tender chopped ribs topped with coleslaw and sweet heat pickles, served with chips. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

🦊 A QUICK UPDATE FROM SWANKY FOX BBQ 🔥

We wanted to take a minute to answer some of the questions we get every week.

Many of you ask why we don’t have certain menu items, why the menu changes from weekend to weekend, or why we’re not open more days and hours.

The simple answer is that we’re currently operating out of our trailer while working toward opening the restaurant. With limited smoker space, prep space, and staffing, we have to be selective about what we can offer each weekend.

For example, when we offer brisket, many people ask for ribs. When we offer ribs, many people ask for brisket. We’d love to have everything available all the time, but right now we simply don’t have the capacity to do that and maintain the quality we’re known for.

The same goes for our hours and days. We know many of you would like to see us open more often. Trust us, we’d love that too.

The good news is that progress is being made inside the restaurant every week. Every project we complete gets us one step closer to having the space and equipment needed to offer a larger menu, longer hours, and a more consistent schedule.

In the meantime, we’re doing our best to keep the smokers running and bring you fresh BBQ during this transition.

We truly appreciate everyone’s patience, support, and understanding. The excitement and encouragement from this community have helped keep us going through a very challenging project.

The best is yet to come. 🔥🦊❤️

📢 SWANKY FOX BBQ UPDATE 🦊🔥

As anticipated, we will not be open this coming weekend.

We have some major work taking place inside the restaurant, and our focus right now is pushing forward on the next phase of the project. There are a lot of exciting things happening behind the scenes, and each step brings us closer to opening our doors.

We’ll continue to share updates as progress is made and will let everyone know when we’ll be back out serving BBQ.
