We kicked off cocktail hour with an open bar and a wide variety of butler passed hors d'oeuvres! Pictured you will find everyone's favorite baby lamb chop lollipops with minted ginger preserves and coconut crusted shrimp with scotch bonnet infused cocktail sauce 🍸🍤

Our dinner menu started with arugula salad with crispy serrano, candied pecans and manchego cheese with fig vinaigrette followed by grilled snapper with israeli couscous, seasonal vegetables and harissa bouillabaisse 🍽😋

Chef Gary and team Eggwhites always produce a beautiful and delicious meal, this time with a Jewish traditional twist!

We served latkes topped with smoked salmon, braised brisket, sour cream, homemade apple sauce and more.

Thank you to our team and to all the volunteers at the Salvation Army that come together each year to make this happen.

Yesterday on Christmas Day, Chef Gary, his family and a team of volunteers spent the day at The Miami-Dade Salvation Army, through Greater Miami Jewish Federation, cooking and serving a hot meal to 150 of those in need. For the past five years, Chef Gary has been leading volunteers in honor of his father, who was helped tremendously as an orphan by #thesalvationarmy. #giveback #socialgood
