We have just added a new age range “MINDFUL MOVERS (Ages 13-16)” to our Therapeutic Dance Classes!
This unique class blends occupational therapy with fun dance and music-based exercises to support

☑️Stress Reduction
☑️Motor Coordination
☑️Strength, Endurance
☑️Executive Functioning Skills
Taught by Licensed Occupational Therapist Adalys Suarez!
📆Class is every Monday 5pm-5:50pm
