Following his passion, Chef Julian Grajales created Chef Segreto after he found himself on several occasions secretly preparing romantic dinners for couples. Inspired by this, he named his company “Chef Segreto” (italian for Secret Chef), and started creating menus that are deemed fine dining and home-style at the same time.

With over 25 years of fine dining and culinary experience in the luxury hospitality industry, Chef Julian’s philosophy is centered around using only the finest and freshest ingredients to create meals that are not only delicious but also healthy. He believes that food should be a sensory experience, and each dish should tell a story.
