If you know me you know my 🐶 Roxy was everything to me. I still can’t believe I am writing this to you all. It’s been a week and still feels surreal to me how you could be gone. 😪 We were celebrating your birthday and now we will be celebrating your life. However there’s still a void I feel in my heart, a sense of emptiness where your presence once was. I thank you for the best 10 years someone could’ve asked for. You filled us up with love and joy. I promise you won’t be forgotten mi little viejita. You were special and I think everyone who met you knew that, because you couldn’t walk into our house without greeting her first 🤣. The last 24 hours have been a blur! I can not thank everyone who has supported me through this incredible journey. It’s just as the late great Kobe Bryant said “it’s not the destination, it’s the journey.” thats what makes dreams worth it at the end. Through this degree I learned discipline, dedication, and most importantly hard work pays off. Now I am on my next goal in life. 🎓
