It all started one sunny Floridian morning and never stopped... It was the desire to make the event industry better, more efficient & less stressful but with a fresh approach. Rather than focusing on the immediate ROI (like most hospitality establishments do), we were looking at things through different glasses. The Hospitality glasses....

What is HOSPITALITY?

Hospitality…In its core is not just about service, it’s about making somebody feel special. And in today's busy world, we seemed to have forgotten about this simple art. Hospitality is about putting others before you, it's about listening and building a connection first. Service is the mechanics that makes the parts move, but hospitality is the glue that keeps everything together.
