MARKET: 6pm - 9pm, except Sunday Dec. 1 & 15 @ 12:30 or 1pm - 4pm �
(SHOWTIME: 7:30pm, except for Sunday matinees @ 2pm - all shows have an intermission)

Christmas Market Vendor Application
Please complete all parts of this form to apply for a table in the lobby/vestibule/hallway area, so that we may serve you as well as possible.
The market dates are in conjunction with the show dates (tickets needed for show only).
Terms and Conditions:
No Refunds
Tables are rented on a first come, first serve basis. We reserve the right to limit the number of Direct Sales Vendors and also reserve the right to limit the number of vendors in a particular category (i.e. jewelry).
The Vendor Coordinators may choose to deny a vendor based on appropriateness of products and duplication of vendors. Vendors may not sell any type of alcoholic beverages or live animals.
Setup begins at 1 hour prior to opening (if you need more time, let us know). We ask that your booth remains open until after the show, when the majority of the audience leaves the theatre.
Booths will be indoor - in the lobby, vestibule, hallway of theatre venue.
If you need electrical access please indicate this on the form. NOTE: Electrical access is limited and will be approved on a first come, first serve basis – no guarantee.

Table sizes are 8 foot long – we do provide two chairs with the table, but we do not provide table covers. Vendors are responsible to cover their table with a clean tablecloth
(Holiday-theme is recommended, but not required).
Participants are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of their table and area. Participants cannot impair others’ tables (i.e. sign or display blockage). Vendors will not be allowed to move table location once it has been assigned. No exceptions.
Cancellation Policy: Any vendor who must cancel should notify a Market Coordinator as soon as possible – vendor will forfeit their fee(s). No Refunds.
Vendors keep all profits from their booths.
Vendors are responsible for their own products, belongings, and any other valuables at all times. Leaving items unattended are at Vendors own risk.
Vendor booths must be manned at all times and are responsible for their selling space.
Each vendor is responsible for the conduct of his employees and/or representatives and activities must not detract from the image or welfare of the market or show.
The Market Coordinators will assign vendor spaces. Placement, flow and competition will be taken into consideration to provide the best experience for market attendees.

I am planning to sell products. I have included a check for the 2019 Christmas Market. I have read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of the Event. I understand and agree that there will be no refunds and that the decisions of the Event Committee/Coordinators are final.
WAIVER AND ACCEPTANCE INFORMATION (Signature required): I/We agree to assume all risk associated with participating in this market, including but not limited to, falls, the effects of the weather and any other loss, cost, or damage. Having read this release and in consideration of the acceptance of my fee agree to waive, release, and hold harmless, Young People’s Theatre Company/Holdcraft Performing Arts Center, Michigan City Area Schools, Access La Porte County, Canterbury Guild, Inc. and any other sponsors, all other workers and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damage, loss, cost, and expense, of any kind arising out of my participation in this event.
