Although it’s been a couple of weeks, I wanted to say Thank you to a few people who helped with this wedding since I’ve been laid up for six months now with this shoulder! The reinforcements shows up in full force!! First off to my daughter Courtney Carter and James Collins for coming over after working their full time job to do all the cooking (and it was a LOT of food too!!). Then, to my son Willie Carter and Miya to help load, unload, prepare, serve the food, and clean up. My wife, Heather Kennedy Carter also took on a new adventure and put together a grazing table (a big ole charcuterie board!) while the bride and groom took their pictures. She did an awesome job!
A huge Thank You goes out to the new Mr and Mrs on their wedding day and allowing us to cater their special day!!!
Menu consisted of Brisket, pulled pork, chicken leg quarters, baked beans, mac and cheese, green beans, Cole slaw and rolls. It was quite a spread and everything turned out great!!
Sorry, I had one job to do and it was to take pictures, and did a terrible job at it. lol
