Dry rubs have been made, and we are all set for our 3 catering events! Menu consists of 2 briskets, 4 butts, 6 slabs of ribs, 80lbs of leg 1/4’s and breast, 3 turkey breasts, baked beans, Mac and cheese, Cole slaw, potato salad, and of course our delicious banana pudding!!!
